Angular Developer
What this role entails
- Build modern, interactive websites using Angular 5.
- Provide Front End technical guidance across functions (Estimations, UI/UX guidelines)
- Fully test and troubleshoot work, ensuring consistently error free, and high quality results.
- Stay current on the latest technologies and inspire your team to do the same.
- Accurately estimate level of effort and timeline for personal and group projects.
- Mentor junior team members, ensuring that code standards and deadlines are consistently met.
- Work as a member of a team specializing in design, build and test of responsive user interfaces, SPAs & websites using Angular framework
- Develop high quality and scalable enterprise applications with Angular using modern front-end engineering practices
- Integrate applications with existing tools used in a company
- Work closely with the design team on creating the solution which improves business value
- Work closely with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and functionality, as well as in close collaboration with backend team
- Expert-level JavaScript programming in Angular 4/5
- Hands-on experience with UI testing and automation frameworks (Selenium, Protractor, Jasmine, Karma, etc.
- Excellent HTML5 / CSS3 skills.
- Responsive design, web standards and UI/UX best practices.
- Interacting with RESTful web service.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
- Ability to create accessible (ADA compliant) interfaces.
- Experience writing unit tests for JavaScript code.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.
- Previous work experience as an angularJS developer.
- Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
- Experience using JavaScript building tools like Gulp or Grunt.
- Knowledge of JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks including AngularJS.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proven experience implementing front-end and back-end JavaScript applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
